I’ve been thinking a lot about how I can best serve our community during this unprecedented time. And while I’m still processing a lot of what’s going on right now, the one thing I am 100% certain of is the importance of my morning routine and spiritual practice now, more than ever. It’s something I’ve always taken very seriously that has dramatically enhanced my life. But now, I find it essential just to get through parts of the day.
The most important part of my morning routine and spiritual practice is meditating. So, my gift to you and our community is this free 10-minute guided meditation for peace. I’ve dedicated this meditation as a prayer for our healthcare workers, policy and major decision makers, even our teachers. (After home schooling your kids for just one day, don’t you agree teachers deserve higher pay!) Really, this meditation is for all of us.
